Stage 1

Concept Stage

Whether our clients come in to the office or contacts us via email the first process is working out the concept they are after for their design. Whether it is one of our standard designs or if they want to modify our design or even if they have their own design in mind and require us to sketch it up for them. We will also discuss what they would like included in their quote and if there is any special requirements they would like taken in to consideration. At this stage our clients will get a Floorplan, External Elevation plans as well as an artists impression plan for no cost. When we quote we quote on the specific plan our client is after so they know exactly what they are getting. It is also very important to us that our clients remain in contact with the initial person they deal with, so our clients will speak with Our Client Liaison Officer from Concept Stage all the way through to Maintenance Stage.

Stage 2

Contract & Prestart

When a client is happy with the quote and would like to move forward a contract will be raised for the clients to sign. We will then arrange for a full set of internal elevation plans and for a Prestart day to be completed. Prestart Selection Day clients spend the day with our Client Liaison Officer selecting their colours and finishes for their new home.

Stage 3

Building

During the build stage Quality Builders manufacture all steel frames and structural steel in our factory unit so that we maintain control of quality standards. Energy Efficiency will be assessed, as well as Bushfire Assessment, if required. We take care of the Building Permit Application, which is included in the cost, and we also undertake Development Application if required by the shire. During the build our clients are welcome to visit our yard to see the progress of their homes at various stages. We also upload progress pictures to our client login so that clients can keep track of the progress of the build if they are not able to come and see it themselves. When finished the house is split and transported to site, where it is re assembled and final join up and make good is completed by our join-up team. Your house is now ready for handover.

Stage 4

Maintenance

Once your home has been on site for 6 months we will contact you and ask that you fill out our a maintenance list, that we will send out, so that we can fix any items that need attention.
